Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Most men want solutions, and most women want to feel heard. I offer solutions and make you feel heard at the same time as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I prefer to work with clients who are completely honest since I bring the same quality to the table. I am particularly equipped to work with clients undergoing depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges because I know what it feels like to be depressed, anxious, and upset with my significant other.

My therapeutic approach can be summed up with two words: tactical empathy. My goal is not to fix you; rather, my goal is to perceive the world how you perceive it and to hear you in such a way that I can describe exactly how you feel. Once you feel heard, true healing can begin.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Nursing at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing degree from Azusa Pacific University. I am board certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to treat all age groups.
